This is a platform where customers, agents, traders and transporters will connect together. This platform will continue with the existing system, without eliminating it and match supply and demand of trucks & tempos.

Who can register on TransTrade?
Any individual, firm, proprietary, company or other entities can be a registered user. You can register as a Truck Owner (TO), Trucker, District Trans Operator (DTO), Trans Agent (TA), Consigner and Tempo Owner.
What if I forget my password or have to reset my password?
Click on forgot password and provide any one of information requested. You should immediately receive a link with your new password. You can change your password by logging into your account and clicking on change password.

How do I discontinue my account registration?
You cannot delete you account. You can call our support staff and request to deactivate your account, following which your account dues will be cleared and your account will be deactivated.
What are the registration charges?
Transtrade does not require users to pay any registration charges, technology charges or other hidden charges.
How do I register myself?
Get registered by calling customer care at 7887880000.
How do I register TO/Truckers?
Get the registration form filled out with the respective TO/Trucker information. Wait until TO has been approved by the administration team. Provide registered TO/Trucker with app downloads on their smart phones, acknowledge them with basic information, training etc.
Why should I register/guide TO/Truckers registered under me?
The number of TO/Truckers registered under you, will fetch you commission for every consignment booked under those TO/Truckers; Thus increasing your profits. TransTrade is a connected system where in each entity supports the other in developing a strong and supreme network, while each one gains benefit from this network.
How much will be my commission?
“Commission 1.5% of the freight/truck/trip and 2% of the freight/tempo/trip.”
How and when will I get my commission?
You will receive the commission online, on your registered bank account. Commission will be paid on every 7th of the month.
Can I track all consignments from users registered under me?
No. Consignment can only be tracked by the concerned consigner and the Truck owner.

Will I still get my commission in case of accidents or mishaps?
In case you were the primary (truck registered under you was booked and met with an accident) TA, yes, you will get your commission as per the distance covered by your registered truck.
How do I register myself and my trucks?
Get registered by calling Transtrade customer care at 7887880000.
What if I don’t want to register all my trucks?
There is no compulsion on registering all your trucks. You can register as many of your trucks as you wish to.
Are there any charges for registration?
Get registered at zero cost.
How will the freight be calculated?
The freight is calculated through a formula based on the distance covered during the journey and the weight being carried by the truck. The freight calculated will be similar to ongoing trips made on the same routes.
When will I get paid for the trips completed?
Payment will be made to you following completion of each trip, after the OTP has been updated by the trucker. This will mark the end of the consignment.
My driver is uneducated and might not be able to use the device. Can I still use TransTrade?
Yes, the application is very easy and made simple to understand. It is a three click process in completing a trip.
How can I track my trucks?
You can log into your account, choose which truck you wish to track and get detailed route, current location and status of your truck.
Which device will be provided or needed?
If you have your own smart phone then you can register at zero cost by simply downloading the app or you can purchase a smart phone from Transtrade at lowest cost.
What if my truck meets with an accident or mishap?
The TO and the destination location personnel will be informed about the mishap. Nearest TransTrade business partners will provide required repair and tow facility and an alternate truck will be made available to complete the journey. Best attempt will be made depending on availability of resources.

You can register with TransTrade through our website while also make guest check-out to book one time consignments. Registering with TransTrade will be beneficial for you in terms of availing the ongoing offers, discounts and other benefits.
How can I book a consignment?
By simply going on the booking page, you can fill in details about your consignment and select a pick-up and drop-off location on the given maps. After putting information you will have to search for trucks after which you will be shown trucks/tempos nearest to your loading point, select your required truck and proceed for payment, After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message about your booked consignment and truck/tempo details. You can now track your consignment from time to time and view their current location.
What if I want to book a consignment only once?
You can check in as a guest consigner and make a one-time booking.

How do I track my consignment?
Simply visit transtrade.in, select consignment tracking on the title bar and put your consignment id and press view.
How do I choose my loading/unloading point from the map?
“Search for your desired location and carefully place pin point on exact location on the map. You can zoom in and out for better accuracy and visibility.”
What type of payment method does Transtrade accept?
We accept online transactions made through our payment gateway. If you dont have Netbanking or Card facility then you can visit your nearest TA and process booking through TA.
How do I know the consignment has been booked?
You will receive an SMS and an email confirming your consignment along with your consignment number and other details which you can use for any further query.
What if the payment transaction gets failed or there is an error during processing?
“You can call our customer care office in case of any transaction failures or other payment related assistance.”
What if I wish to cancel my consignment after booking it?
If the consignment is cancelled before loading begins, there is a cancellation charge of 20% of the total amount paid, which will be deducted and the rest will be refunded to you. On the other hand, if the cancellation is done after the loading is done, no refund will be given.
What if the truck doesn’t pick up or deliver the load?
You can inform our customer care at 7887880000 and the rest will be taken care in the best possible way by the company.
Will I get insurance for my consignment?
Yes, provision for total transit insurance has been made.

Will trucks be allowed to enter the cities during non-permit hours?
Truck entry inside the city will be allowed as per present and future government regulations. TransTrade freight is not inclusive of city entry charges. Any additional charges will have to be bared by the truck driver.
Why can’t I choose more than 3 talukas/tehsils?
“We aim to give maximum profitability to our users with best level of comfort. More than 3 talukas/tehsils can be chosen and if chosen, a tempo will have to travel more than 100kms which is not convenient for the driver.”
